    It understood that the police were summoned to Mr. Buck's home minutes after three.

    <SPAN>The <SPAN id=clicksor_sp_stony &#111;nmouseover='return ClxLaD("stony",event)' &#111;nmouseout='ClxTMo("stony")'>Stony</SPAN> Hill Police have confirmed that Mr. Buck was found dead but say they are yet to determine the cause of death.</SPAN>

    They are still investigating the scene at this hour.

    <SPAN>Mr. Buck, an outspoken critic of the Government, was a <SPAN id=clicksor_sp_parliamentary &#111;nmouseover='return ClxLaD("parliamentary",event)' &#111;nmouseout='ClxTMo("parliamentary")'>Parliamentary</SPAN> Secretary in the Ministry of Finance in the Jamaica Labour Party administration of the 1980s.</SPAN>
