i also thought the judge stated that he would throw out the two charges... i guess he changed his mind...

Well, this might very well be what happened. When they got to the gun charge, they either couldnt agree or agreed that he was not guilty. The attorneys at work all said that the jury instructions were likely such that they would never have started to ask to see the gun if they had not quickly agreed to guilt on one or more of the other charges. If that is true, then the jury quickly agreed on some guilt last week."Jah Jah see dem a come, but I & I a Conqueror!"Comment
