    Apology to PM
    Thursday, February 10, 2011

An article which appeared in the online version of the Daily Observer on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 under the headline 'Bruce was untruthful too — Leys', erroneously described Solicitor General Douglas Leys as branding Prime Minister Bruce Golding as a 'liar'.

In fact, at no time did Mr Leys describe Prime Minister Golding as a liar.
At the Manatt/’Dudus’ Commission of Enquiry, Mr Leys said that he disagreed with a statement previously made by Prime Minister Golding but he did not use the word liar.

The Observer unreservedly and sincerely apologises to the prime minister for the error.

This is what you should be up in arms about

The construction of the Sandals Whitehouse hotel, on the south western coast of the island, was one which was shrouded in controversy from the start, and which subsequently gave rise to the conduct of a Special OCG Investigation into the matter in 2006.

The OCG's investigation found disturbing conflicts of interest in the award of government contracts, which were associated with the hotel's construction, breaches of the government's Procurement Procedures and, most importantly, major changes in the scope of works of the project, which resulted in massive costs and time overruns and the establishment of an upscale five-star luxury hotel in the place of what was previously budgeted to be a family-type resort hotel.

Mosiah doesn't get passionate when the PNP is involved. he doesn't even care that Phillips was backed by Skeng Don or that he was at Haggart's funeral, but only knew of him as an "are yute".

                "That's not a lie, it's a terminological inexactitude. Also, a tactical misrepresentation."

                Definition for all?
                OK!

One definition is: To be told an abnoxious, completely ridiculous, absolutely undeniably imposible lie, fabrication, or falsehood

Well cuh Lazie a kick puppa-lick now!
No sir, Likle Brucie never lied he just presented us with a terminological inexactitude! ...and the Observer says it -

yes you would only care about that and not that his backer is the biggest PNP Don and that the white man had to threaten to resign and talk the tings before the old aging Don get lock up.
