i see nothing wrong with the MOU... extra ordinary situations require extra ordinary and creative measures...
imo, the provision of the MOU for intelligence gathered NOT to be made available in any affidavit is the reason why it is declared classified... this MOU was not to be made available to the general public ONLY high level govt officials.... that is NOT unusual between govts...
it is really a RED HERRING and is NOT material to the central issue of the enquiry... whether the prime minister KNOWINGLY used the GOVERNMENT OF JAMAICA to engage the services of a law firm to prevent a known criminal from being extradited...'to get what we've never had, we MUST do what we've never done'Comment
