strange ... twas yesterday I heard a discussion on the radio. There was a discussion of a 24% decrease in major crimes and ppl a big up the police. Nothing wrong with that ... it was pointed out that when murder was increasing people knocked the gov't, now that murder has been on the decline, people a big up the JCF.

It was then pointed out that for YEARS .... murder was on the rise and under the watch of Nelson, there has been a decrease.

Now, seeing the same thing happen on this forum.
