that Brady refuses to testify in this Mhattah (matter) and seeing that Emily Crooks from NNN will be called based on an interview she conducted with him, can he get a court order to prevent her from testifying?

he could try but i don't think he would be successful. she is a journalist and he gave her an interview he must have expected that it would have been for public consumption. in fact even if her gave her information that is covered by attorney/client privilege, she can repeat it because it came from him!
the one issue would be hearsay ... and i think that could EASILY be overcome.
