We all know there's no written contract with the JLP...and that Golding's contention that the MPP engagement was supposed to be a JLP affair is a blatant lie...well not all of us...there are people who are foolish or want to continue the JLP subterfuge.

What will establish the contractual relationship is the actions of the parties and the communications from Jamaican actors with Manatt and the State Department... those actions and communications establish comprehensively that MPP was acting for the Government of Jamaica

The JLP has managed, in their corrupt deception, to make the GOJ and their Tribe indistinguishable....where one ends and the other begins is impossible to decipher.
