LOL no he didn't! The band at one time started out like they were going to do that song but the Gargamel went into chanting some bible verses instead. It was a must-see-concert. Buju, dressed more for court than his usual stage attire, tore the place down with other hits like Destiny, Im Innocent etc. but not Boom-bye-bye!"The contribution of forumites and others who visit shouldn’t be discounted, and offending people shouldn’t be the first thing on our minds. Most of us are educated and can do better." Mi bredrin Sass Jan. 29,2011

HL yes it did start on time and was orderly as a ton-load of police officers were inside and outside...and when I say ton-load I mean a trailer-load!
The concert was actually a fund raising effort for Buju with manyyyyy artistes showing up to support the Gargamel. It was a "seamless" exchange of artistes from the Marley brothers to some Rap artises on and off stage. No one stayed too long to make it boring. Probably Freddie McGregor stayed the longest but his old hits were fantastic. Gramps Morgan, Shaggey, Freddie and Everton Blender gave splendid performances. Even the sweet queen Marcia gave a lovely cameo with Buju. There were so many artistes it's hard to remember some of them. The Nyabingy drummers who opened the show set the tone for a spiritual atmosphere and everyone were there in solidarity for an embattled brother than anything else. Buju is the one who spent a long time on stage, over 2 hours. Yet, when it was over we were all yearning for more."The contribution of forumites and others who visit shouldn’t be discounted, and offending people shouldn’t be the first thing on our minds.
