Everybody twisting. When the first leaks dropped, there were those who were quick to believe that the gov't was giving traffikers a free ride. Well the gov't admitted that the Cubans were complaining and the matter was addressed.

Well the former commish come out and claimed there was no dispute, yet those who insisted the Cubans' claims was public knowledge are now siding with the commish, although the commish claims clearly contradict the position of the those with ulterior motive. I notice the Security Ministry has stated that there were unanswered letters, todate the very talkative commish has gone silent. Meanwhile, those who are trying to make the failed commish a knight in shining armour is still trying to dispute what is presented, even though they have nothing to support their position.
