The clear implication by the Liad in Chief Gelding was that the head of the unit was replaced at best for incompetence...at worst for being complicit in criminal activity.... an obvious attempt by the Chief Liad to deflect criticism from his rotten, corrupt regime to the Police...unfortunately themselves rotten & corrupt.

The ex-commissioner and current police leadership reject the Chief Liad's allegations & aspersions ...claiming that the cop in question was actually promoted and his transfer had nothing to do with the Cuban complaints... if true this would be a curious reaction to incompetence or conspiracy to criminality.

Where the truth lies is unknown...but Gelding is such a well established Liad...that the benefit of any doubt should not inure to him.... Gelding's natural default position is now one of deception & obfuscation..
