                yes but when i hear let's say Et'o or Mourinho or any big footballer they express themselves very well in English , their 2nd language. There is no excuse for not having a basic command of basic English in order to express opinions; I'm sure we are not talking about expounding on a thesis...

                IMO the education system (generally) doesn't demand that they express thoughts verbally, but re-gurgitate facts on paper.

                    This probably stems from an unhealthy disrespect of our Colonial Masters..

                    What Japan did after they lost the war SHOULD be instructive...

                    The bun Babylon mentality is immature and.. well.. plain stupid...
