Indeed in some countries ministers would voluntarily resign until the investigation clears him, if he knows that he is guilty. The problem with Ja is the sense of entitlement of the political and business class. So confident are they that even when they know they are guilty they dont have to resign because the system dares not touch them. Dudus tried that and it never worked. Hopefully with the new posture of Uncle Sam some sense can be beaten into the heads of these fools. Lets hope the investigation expands to include the Dept of Justice of the USA. It seems as if that is the only way the Jamaica people can get justice these days. We are talking about murder in this case. Of course the same political/business class does not value the life of a poor black Jamaican. The US might have a different opinion.

Errrrr not entirely correct Ben. In serious democracies they resign voluntarily or they are 'encouraged' to resign by the PM, President etc. Depending on the PM they would have offered it already and hope that at best the PM refuses to accept it. What they cannot do is whatever they want.
