The appearance that Prime Minister Bruce Golding was in breach of a fundamental principle in law that a man may not be a judge in his own cause has surfaced in his naming of attorneys Mr. Emil George and Mr. Donald Scharschmidt Q.C, regarded by many as long-standing supporters of the Jamaica Labour Party as commissioners in the Commission of Enquiry set up to probe the bungled extradition request of Christopher ‘Dudus’ Coke.
