"Third World Cop"

On my first trip to Kingston, we went to see "Third World Cop". At intermission, Ohene asked me if I understand what was going on.

I said yes, but I didn't understand after the hero killed five bad guys in the first fifteen minutes of the movie, he didn't kill anyone else until the intermission.
