    Rudi,

The Brazilian find (Tupi) is like 5,000 ft below sea level. Only PetroBras hhas the tech to drill that deeply, and so they are reasonably sure of recovering the estimated 8.5b barrels dung there.

Sagres is the SECOND forecasted oil reserves reported for Jamaica, after Finder/Gippsland. Recall that I posted the Nov09 F/G annual report where they mentioned elephant hunting in Jamaica and put the estimated mean recoverable oil figure at 2.8B barrels and 7.5Trillion cubic feet of GAS.

Our wells would be like 50-200 ft of water and a few meters below that. Nothing compared even to the Gulf of Mexico wells. Thus the costs id orders of magnitude lower than Brazil and even the Gulf.

Also, the 2 companies have like 12 out of 20 exploration blocks so that we could find even more possibilities. Finders used the Falcon tech to do 3D aerial mapping and found the right geological material and the right sized well cavities. Now dem just need to drill to confirm.

There is not an absolute guarantee, but it seems likely.

I like the Ghana legal moves!!!!
