  • Tesha Miller to answer assault charges in October

October 14 is the date set for the reputed head of the Klansman Gang, Tesha Miller to return to court to answer assault charges.
Mr. Miller is charged jointly with 24-year-old Keifa Ogilvie, son of Justin Ogilvie, a close confidante of former Tivoli Gardens strongman, Christopher "Dudus" Coke with attacking a policeman two months ago.
The incident took place after Mr. Miller surrendered during the State of Emergency.
It is alleged that on July 14, a cop at the Kingston Central Police lock-up, attempted to confiscate a cellular phone found in the possession of Mr. Ogilivie.
It is alleged that the prisoner punched the policeman in the face.
During the fracas, Mr. Miller, who was also in the cell, joined in the attack on the policeman.
Both were later charged with assault.
They are currently out on bail.
