Constable Williams was killed following a series of events which reportedly started at a party on a boat in Ocho Rios waters, where he was alleged to have discharged several rounds from his firearm during the party.
Other police on the boat had reportedly warned the constable for prosecution and he was later picked up by a police team as he disembarked the boat and was taken to the police station for processing.
