        government need to keep some of the shares or ownership but make them majority share owner.

                yes but it doesn't mean you have to sell all the shares. It means they sell majority. The government still have some Air J, some bauxite, some JPS etc.

                The ports can bring in some good money if run properly and expanded as the Chinese intend to do.
