He may help produce evidence against some of the bigger fish (ie officials, powerful businessmen, etc).

    After he does his time in the US and they deport him we can decide then what we want to charge him with, assuming he survives.

    Don't forget our criminals are also tied to commerce (nuff business people deeply intertwined)!

      Absolutely. How might some of those big jewelry dealers downtown, and all over the island get foreign exchange to purchase stuff. They could possibly be involved in money laundering. This is just one industry. What about used cars? What about producing music?
