Yesterday I watch about 10 minutes of the parliamentary proceedings in Jamaica from the link provided.
I must admit that this is my first time seeing the Jamaican parliament in session--since i lived in Jamaica in the early to mid 70's.
The bit that I gleaned showed that these ministers lack decorum. They are very unstatesmanlike.
"But ...but...but HL... yuh shudda se how some ministers from other county operate in their parliament........................................ .................................................. ............."
