Thats not a seat that the PNP has made a serious attempt to win since the 60s and I don't think that will change. Maybe the JLP will win with only 80% of the vote instead of 96% of the vote as is typically the case.

Possibly the bigger issue is what the JLP thugs in the other communities will do , with no Tivoli central command. Thats why Bruce has no reason, political or otherwise, to stop at Tivoli, he must level the playing field by attempting to change the order in the PNP garrisons too.
