it some thought. The people of Tivoli will need some serious professional help (Psychologists and sociologists). One has to note that these people have been living for years as children. They don't know what's the real world of responsibilty is about. They never paid utility bills (but I assume wear a lot of expensive clothes and jewelry). How will these people now cope; seeing that JPS will now come around with utility bills. Some have never had a job in their lives. They are accustomed to being "protected" and given things.
Small wonder some political groups or individuals are jockeying to take over as these people minds are easily swayed (just give them the us agianst them talk and I'm here to help you).
I think train professionals should go in to counsel and teach independent living skills. Guys it's very serious. This should be a lesson to all Jakans. Why do jakans sit and see grown people forced in a position where they live and be treated as seven year olds (rob and steal; bring the spoils home just don't ever do it here)? Beyond me.
