Bruce and the GOJ are just showing their gross level of ineptness. I heard Andrew Holness -Minister of Education, this morning saying that exams were still on. When billion dollars businesses are telling their workers not to come to work because of the crisis, how irresponsible is it that the MOE doesn't see it fit to postpone these exams. How can the kids even concentrate on exams with bullets flying around their heads? This crisis is akin to a natural disaster. Incompetence at its best.
