Why would innocent people be out of their homes now? Given what has been happening these last few days, any well thinking person would be trying to protect themselves and family and not be walking on the roads at this time or be out in public areas?

It would be sad if these people are forced to be out there acting as human shields while theses cowards carry out their unlawful activities
