If its a State then in German the suffix would be Land, ie TIVOLILAND.
However, the famous Tivoli is in Denmark, so given that it controls thge Harbour, it should be called Tivolihagen, like Copenhagen. In Danish it would even be Tivolihavn pronounced TivoliHOUN. Ruff, ruff. LoL

All Tivolis though ultimately come from Tivoli in Italy, whose Renaissance gardens inspired similar gardens and parks in France and Denmark (thus giving rise to Denmark's Tivoli Gardens).
But we can forget the German and Danish names. Just have all the areas supporting Tivoli form a "Republic of Tivoli" with the capital being.....Cokeville.
