  • Strange ships off shore

Some one called me just now to ask if I heard stories of strange ships off the coast in Portland and say people are wondering if the US Navy was trying to sneak in.

Look like the whole island a get paranoid, with good reason though.

If the US planned to "sneak" in and get Dudus they have probably already done it and have people pon the ground.

PORT ANTONIO, Portland -- Spirit of Australia, captained by Brenton Hall, came into the Errol Flynn Marina at 3:46 pm followed by Hull and Humber (United Kingdom) 3:49.50; Cape Breton Island (Canada) 3:58.19; Team Finland 4:24.30; Lightning Bolt (Jamaica) 5:07.29 and Keppel Bay Singapore 5:18 pm, respectively, as they came into the Errol Flynn Marina on Tuesday.

The Clipper yacht race is a sail boat race around the world and the yacht left from Panama on Saturday for Jamaica and will leave for New York on Monday 24th of May.

The race started on September 13, 2009 at Hull in England. There are 10 yachts in the race and they change some crew personnel at ports.
Spirit of Australia continues to lead with Lightning Bolt in second spot. Captain of Lightning Bolt, Peter Stirling, says, "We really wanted to win the leg to Jamaica, but we're still in second place overall. We want to win at least one leg and the crew is happy".

There are no Jamaicans on the team but there are persons from seven differently nationalities.
