Just listened to Tavares-Finson. What a clown? His arguments are so shallow, one has to wonder how this clown graduated from law school. Where did he get his law degree from, Hillel or Vaz Prep. What fools. Are these the people we have entrusted our nation building to.
Someone should tell this circus clown that it was the people of the garrison Tivoli who threatened violence, and not the other way around.
        Damn fool.

You heard him too? What a clown. He must have gone to the UK and gotten a barrister's certificate, or a land solicitor's certificate from one of those Inns through correspondence course. The idiot called in and asked the host, what has changed from the last 9 months until last night to justify the signing of the extradition order. Isn't he smart enough to deduce that the denial of the extradition order was illegal under the current treaty, that is why the MPP involvement, and subsequent coverup? Also if he is a lawyer, and the State Dept said they have enough evidence to convict, without having to enter into evidence, any wiretaps, then that should be enough to extradite. Can we build a nation with such clowns at the elm of our power structure? He is a senator, right? Any high school debator could do better than this idiot.

Don't agree. He is not a fool. He is a defense lawyer (in this capacity) and he is simply presenting an argument in defense of his client.

Nothing has changed from a legal perspective to cause them to sign the document. What has changed is public pressure on the PM and his party.

You must have never heard the legal arguments made in defense of any prominent gangster in the US before. They are no different from what Tavares-Finson is doing.
