I agree.. there is only one 'way out' of this for Brucie and his team..
Hold up.. what is this by the way...?
Mi cyaan tek it nuh longer.. summady solve dis puzzle.. it appears from the sounds coming from certain quarters to be something of dire consequences.. but for all I know it could just be Comrade gas..
Well Comrade Gas, Labourite Stinkie and fetid cow stool all smell the same. After all is JLPNP with NDM a wholly-owned subsidiary.
There is also the matter of the contending reports -
a) Posted on the US Gov web site of meeting between the named US law firms reps acting on behalf of the JA Government and officials ofthe US government...
...and...
b) Samuda's attempt to deny such a meeting took place.
Samuda would like to have us believe that
Dr. Ronald Robinson, the junior minister in the foreign affairs and foreign trade ministry, while on a visit to Washington in November 2009 had a brief social encounter with a representative of the US law firm.
was the only coming into contact of the parties while in Washington????!
Babylon need to explain how dem involved in the breaking of Jamaican Law.. dem soon get an extradition request fi deal wid demselves..
lol !
Maudib you do realise that the PM, the GOJ and the JLP is saying they have had evidence on Dudus that they know to be irrefutable...and that they have had that evidence for sometime?
...that by behavior all those parties, i.e. the PM, the GOJ and the JLP, are admitting that Dudus is a criminal...but they are on this war against Jamaica because Dudus is their DON?!
It is madness for Likle Brucie and his henchmen to even contemplate they can win this waar.
Let me ask you a question: Is Bruce planning to continue to turn a blind eye to, or to step up the reign of terror Dudus brings to the Jamaica people as opposed to removing Dudus and putting a dent in crime?
"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."
Nuh unuuh seh a fi unnuh security office - the police - weh turn ova di evidence gathered to the US Gov?
...dat seh unnuh did know bout di decision to gather the evidence, the length of time over which there was the of gathering of the evidence, the chain of command of the evidence and thus what that evidence waas...from laaaang time? Unnuh seh dat! Suh nuh cum wid yuh, "huh?"
The follow-up question is, does Brucie want the police officer's name and thus identity to remove him and bury the evidence...or wah?
True.
Brady knows there is life after the JLP,dawg nyam dem suppah if dem did think Brady would go down with the ship.Samuda is continuing the deception and it will be interesting if Bruce sticks to his promise, full disclosure to Jakans.
Again Bruce hands on approach to the Dudus matter makes it very likely he was the one that hired....
Bruce would have us believe a seasoned lawyer misrepresented himself..,and JLP members sought the services of .....,all unbeknownst to him.
Samuda would be far more careful with his choice of words had the firm been hired by a party supporter.
The JLP defense of Dudus is exorbitant and relentless.
Listen to me man: If unuh dont have a LETTERHEAD coupled with a MOU unuh no have nutting so just tek wey unuh self seen. The following was the official response from General Secretary Broadback. The real infomation minister Chemical Ali is hopeing that the Palisadoes road will be finished in time so that the impending midnight run to Shanghai will not be impeded.
Nuh unuuh seh a fi unnuh security office - the police - weh turn ova di evidence gathered to the US Gov?

Karl, really now you cannot expect any different.
It's amazing how some people can't keep a story straight. When this episode was developing we had some politicians saying that Brady first talked to Leys about Manatt on a December plane-ride to Washington, then later it was recalled that Brady talked to Leys sometime in September about Manatt. And apparently (and if anybody has listened to Nationwide they can confirm this for me or deny it) we have the Attorney-General Dorothy Lightbourne claiming yesterday or the day before that she only heard about Manatt when Peter Phillips raised it in Parliament but Nationwide did a Jon Stewart on her by playing a tape of Solicitor-General Leys saying that he briefed the Attorney-General on his return from that Washington trip where he allowed a Manatt rep to sit in on the inter-governmental discussions upon the suggestion by Brady and with the approval of the US State Department. Sounds like nobody thought it necessary that everyone sing from the same the page.
On a side note, Vasciannie must be thanking his lucky stars that Bruce encouraged the GG to fire the PSC and thereby have his candidacy for being the Solicitor-General lapse.

Yes you heard correct.
"Jamaica's future reflects its past, having attained only one per cent annual growth over 30 years whilst neighbours have grown at five per cent." (Article)
So that mean Dorothy suffers from long-term memory loss then (always loved that Beatles song).
Or that Leys decided not to bother telling her about Brady's suggestion, his subsequent invitation to the Manatt rep and the approval the State Department gave for a non-governmental official to sit in on inter-governmental meetings and Leys subsequent decision that Manatt's services were not required at this time but perhaps in the future.
Or that Lightbourne was lying.
Or that Lightbourne is now so tired and confused by recent events that she forgot Ley's briefing (or those parts that mentioned Manatt if at all).
