The Cabinet submission is part of the public record. It apparently incorrectly states that American approached Jamaica with the flight guarantee... that has been confirmed as a misrepresentation ie a falsehood

Did you read the whole thing. The Prime Minister who is the head of the cabinet said they weren't misinformed and if he is at the meetings and said so then?
