As for the law firm issue. The gov't has time and again said there is no contract, the SG said there is no contract, the man at the heart of the matter said there is no contract. Neither of us have seen anything to say otherwise ... so where is the corruption?
You mean Duddus was not heard involved in running a drug, gun-running and extortion empire? Aaaaaaaaaah Lazie, yuh good bad!

The day after it was made public, Brady said the correction was made. Neither of us can say for certain that its not true. The SG confirmed he received the corrected document, can you confirm he is not telling the truth? Suh call me a cokehead all yuh want ... it doesn't change anything.

All of a sudden people ignoring facts when it nuh fit dem agenda. Are any of us in a position to factually dismiss what Brady said? I'm not, so I'll wait for the truth to come out.

Who want to continue with the careless conjecture can carry on.

I don't consider myself a QC like the rest of you. I hope you're aware there are 3 articles involving Phipps.

Okay here is one quote, "Those who are saying send the matter to the courts for a decision, are wrong," Phipps said.

Is he correct, I don't know. I'm in no position to argue with the Queen's Counsel. However, the RBSC Forum seems to be full of QCs, unuh point out the flaw in his argument nuh?

Mi find it strange how yuh a tip toe round posting the article. Auuuggg boy!

The minister sends the extradition request to the courts, which goes through the evidence to see if the evidence supports the charges, or there are breaches of any of the conditions in the treaty and sends it back to the minister," he explained.
Consider this point done and dusted for me. I know where I stand on the issue and I could not care less which QC agrees or disagrees.

... and thats the problem. Everybody tek dem position and insist that their position is correct, even when they don't have a clue what they're talking bout.

Lazie a prove himself to be the dear JLP yesman. How can a lawyer make an error of this magnitude? HE is said to be misrepresenting the Jamaican government. Isn't that grounds for harsh and swift punishment. It's a 3 page document that should be of national importance. Why is the sG taking so long to peruse it..aah bwoy, politics and corruption at its best

Yuh nuh realize by now the names nuh bother me? He was ordered to bring in the corrected document which the SG indicated is in his hands. Are you able to disprove what the SG said?

Based on what the JLP frontman Phibbs said, this case should have gone through the courts. Lazie, ask your fellow comrade where does the AG job start and end and when does the courts job starts.
To my understanding, the AG reviews the request, see is there is a case to be answered(is their evidence or grounds for the request), then the court determines whether there is strong enough evidence for a trial and give the defence the chance to rebutt the evidence. If the AG is going to also rule on the evidence then what is the point of the court..In that case, save taxpapers money and let the AG by herself rule on all extradition matters..Then it can be all political ass your comrade said it is
