The correlation between poverty and drug dealing is a look at aspiring drug dealers, the drug lords live in some of the most affluent communities, the differnce is they do not ******************** where they eat. Perhaps the tolerance there has much to do with everyone did 'something' to be there.

And of course the traditional moving van suggests bona fide resident(moving out)as opposed tonon-loyal transient ones(barrel...)moving in.
I guess the irony is they are both escaping...,it maybe overlooked.
