The shameful display of men scavenging for Heineken beer in the aftermath of a deadly accident on the Linstead bypass on Thursday demonstrates just how desperate our people have become.
"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."

The shameful display of men scavenging for Heineken beer in the aftermath of a deadly accident on the Linstead bypass on Thursday demonstrates just how desperate our people have become. We are used to seeing such acts being played out on a smaller scale at accident scenes, but somehow there was a more desperate tone to this recent incident because not even the presence of the police served as a deterrent.

But most shocking of all was the image of two little boys, who appear to be between ages eight and 10, sipping beer in full view of adults. Yes, boys will be boys, but what about the adults who should be setting an example for them? Was there no one to reprimand them?
Just yesterday, a truck carrying bags of cement lost some of its load around a corner in St. Ann. Even in the presence of police, some looted the truck, or filled "feed" bags of the product from the street. Now, I don't have a problem with them cleaning up the street, but taking the bags off the truck?!? Downright theft which we do not seem to have a problem with in Jamaica any more.

Even after passing the scene, several miles up the road, people were seen running to the accident scene with feed bags in hand, as if a phone call had been made that there was a bounty down 'ere.

What if I tell you its written in our constitution ?
THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

Lets stop playing games with each other , please !

What do we expect when MPs dont live in thier communities , when taxed the people have no MP to voice a complaint to, better yet he comes around and throws sacre resources to his party faithfull not the wider residents of the community ?

What do we expect when the leader of a nation has an option to be beholded to his community at the expense of his nation , through in a Narco political terrorist from his community and what do we have ?

I hear the Big heads crying for Bruce to leave it to the courts its a constituional matter of the executive body overiding the judiciary , well where are the voices when the executive (P.M) has ceded power to a constituency (T.G) , Isnt that also a constituinal crisis?

We think that when Bruce turns it over to the Judiciary thats the end of it ? You think , in this world of Narco/Religous/Political terrorism do we want to take another chance with the same drama over gain.

Remember its a part of our constition !
