According to Mr. Campbell's testimony today, it's obvious that they did not do due diligence. He stated that hey only got a list from the financial institutions telling them how much the debt was ... there was no documentation to prove or to show if and how much was paid prior to these debts being sold to FINSAC at which time, our assets were sold.

That may be the paper work Campbell wants to speak of, but he does not run the show...Boyd Carey and his commissioners do!
...so what about -
...the paper work held by those (including files held by their contracted professional attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, etc.) who dealt with FINSAC and its associated entites?
...the trail left by movement of registered and unregistered documents in the care of financial, city, central government & quasi-government entities?
...electronic trail?
...etc., etc?
TONS OF A PAPER TRAIL is out there! Does Boyd Carey and his fellow commissioners want to ask the proper questions? If not, why not?
Here's all I can tell you. Yo blood = hey friend, or family member, bredrin=brethren, other Jamaicans, bummerseed=bad - could mean bad weed. The first three I never heard of.
