I remember Don1 debating me about the changes Obama has made. I remember telling him when I see it. Now even Obama admitted the changes have not come as yet, not healthcare, not energy and I remember him telling us how the US system work even though the Republicans have become obstructionists. Now we see even if a system is great and people want not work together they will find a way.

Obama call them out in his State of the Union and I hope he continue to and make some real changes in the coming year.

Another thing is 9% increase in tourism in Jamaica for the winter season so far. That is very good considering a recession, Mexico is up and running and the British surcharge. Does Mr. Bartlett and crew get any credit for this? People talking about they not spending as much but the hotels have a duty to find a way to cut and get some of the tourist.

Obama has already made significant reforms in education, environment & energy and has a big legislative program of reform in healthcare which has been carried to the brink of passage.

At the time we were comparing the Obama reforms with the Golding attempts...

Are you referring to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act?

Energy & Environmental are all proposals that have yet to be passed by Congress & signed by the Prez. The recovery act I believe included incentives for high performing schools.
