Why the fixation on Mobay and not Port Maria? Thanks. BTW it seems you don't believing in building from scratch, everything must be ready made. If you guys feel that KGN should not be your capital anymore (which is a ridiculous idea to me) then develop Port Maria until another natural disaster comes up (then you target another town).
