The LV Series Home is a sleek, modern home that uses a combination of post-and-beam construction and pre-built panels to go up with relative ease. (The company highly recommends use of a general contractor to oversee construction.) The standard LV is a 1,150-square-foot home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It starts at $36,870, but the company says would-be homeowners should plan on spending an average of $120 per square foot to finish the home, depending on where they live.
