Thursday, RJR News reported that at least two <SPAN class=kLink style="FONT-WEIGHT: 400; FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: blue! important; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana,Arial; POSITION: relative">Jamaica</SPAN> Labour Party (JLP) representatives on the PMI Board had distanced themselves from Mr. Levy's statement which also warned of a possible bloody general election.
On Tuesday Mr. Levy said the PMI was concerned that unless vigourous steps are taken during the run-up to the election, criminal elements could be unleashed on inner city communities.
According to Mr. Levy, the PMI's concerns were based on what it has been hearing and seeing throughout the years.
