Did he lose funds held in any institution the government of the day ruled insolvent, etc?

Well, the SG dismissed claims about conflict of interest, the MOF dismissed the claims but since it has become a political football, scratch dat .... and there is a third entity involved with FINSAC that also dismissed the claim.
