Do you expect that "Letter of Intent" and the associated 'straight jacket' within which the conditions surrounding draw down of funds are framed to be read, discussed and positions - (Where there are agreements, where modifications are contemplated, how to frame overtures to the ruling party and where to stake out opposition and the necessary formulation of 'paper' on...to be done without serious consideration of the documents presented by the IMF, a careful review of the IMF's stated outcomes...and those of the ruling party...) - taken without giving the IMF and the ruling party's proposals, promised actions and the anticipated outcomes the serious study such important documents...important for the future welfare of the country...demands?

...or you would prefer the PNP to speak on that which they have not even looked at?

If the IMF and the ruling party's proposals are not worth serious consideration then what the hell...???? ...jokers in our parliament?
