    <SPAN class=news_body><SPAN>RJR News has learnt that discussions have been held involving senior PNP officials and Mr. Dabdoub for him to represent the party in <SPAN id="clicksor_sp_west portland" &#111;nmouseover='return ClxLaD("west portland",event)' &#111;nmouseout='ClxTMo("west portland")'>West Portland</SPAN>.</SPAN>

    <SPAN>PNP sources confirmed on Friday afternoon that the discussions are well advanced and an announcement could be made this weekend when Prime Minister and PNP President Portia Simpson Miller tours the <SPAN id=clicksor_sp_constituency &#111;nmouseover='return ClxLaD("constituency",event)' &#111;nmouseout='ClxTMo("constituency")'>constituency</SPAN>.</SPAN>

    She is expected to be in Orange Bay in the constituency Friday afternoon.

    West Portland is one of two constituencies for which the PNP is yet to announce its representative.

    The PNP had initially selected Doreen Forbes to represent in the constituency but she resigned weeks ago leaving the party without a representative in the seat which it now holds.
