A few years ago I did an economic paper on the effect of an airport in eastern Jamaica. I post it on here. it is on my old laptop hard drive. if and when I can get it off I will as the computer no longer works.
Years ago when they talked about airport in central Jamaica I remember arguing with Mosiah about building the third aiport in eastern Jamaica.
I hope Mike Henry is not just chatting. If he is serious I support it 100% and I outlined in my paper I think it will lead to economic growth and help the revival of Portland tourism as well.
Let me make sure that my argument is and has been in the public domain for some time.
