Violent crime down 8.3% in 2008 over 2007

Down 10% so far this year...!!!

Property crime up 7.6%

Some folks here are not impressed with the lower numbers.

These days a burglar alarm system is a must have! Also invest in a portable timing device that's connected to a lamp where your lights come on at a specific time when you are away from the property.

Actually if you can randomize the timing it would be better...burglars watch and know of these devices as well..
