Bent out of shape - Family needs help to pay son's huge medical bill <DIV class=KonaBody>

The relatives of 19-year-old Romar Bent of Ballards Valley, St. Elizabeth, a former student of Munro College, is seeking the public's help to offset a huge medical bill.
This came about when it was discovered that the teenager had a giant tumour in one of his knees.

$1.5 million so far
Mrs. Bent, who is a teacher at the Ballards Valley Primary School in St. Elizabeth, told THE STAR that the situation her son was in has cost the family some $1.5 million so far. She said that just over US$7,000 has been spent to acquire a hallograph, a replacer that will be placed in the knee after the operation. he is scheduled to undergo three to four <SPAN class=kLink style="FONT-WEIGHT: 400; COLOR: blue! important; BORDER-BOTTOM: blue 1px solid; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; POSITION: relative; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent">chemotherapy</SPAN> sessions at a cost of $150,000 per visi
