MONTEGO BAY, St James — How often does a person walk into court and show the presiding judge the middle finger and walk out without being charged?
A woman did it twice in the Montego Bay Resident Magistrate’s Court yesterday without any recriminations.
She was the complainant in an assault case against her husband where she was cut on the middle finger of her left hand during a struggle at the family home.
The woman was asked to show where she received the injury and flipped the digit much to the amusement of several persons in the court.
