  • So Ricardo Bully Thomas' life has

come to an end? 4 killed at Portmore Nightclub last night, including Thomas. Who is Ricardo Thomas you ask? Well, one that was so lucky to get probation instead of prison time. Well, seeing the end .. maybe he wasn't that lucky.

Wanted man among 4 killed at La Roose

Gunmen struck at the nightclub Live Wire Enterprise which was former called La Roose in Portmore, St. Catherine Wednesday night killing four persons, including a man who was on the police most wanted list.

st1\:*{behavior:url(#ieooui) }A fifth person was also injured.

The attack occurred shortly before midnight at the back of the night spot and is the second killing to occur at the popular hangout in just over a year.

La Roose was reportedly in full swing when armed men entered and opened fire.

Ricardo Thomas otherwise called "Bully", who is reportedly one of the operators of La Roose, his brother, Kirk Thomas, and another man who is known only as "Mampy Zeeks" are three of victims who are from Kingston addresses.

A police source told RJR News that the early morning attack may be linked to a shooting which occurred in Olympic Gardens also in Kingston last weekend.

Checks revealed that Ricardo Thomas was on the country's most wanted list and was nabbed by the police at a house in Barbican, St. Andrew on October 18.

It was reported that he was in possession of two nine millimetre pistols and 49 rounds of ammunition.

However, there was a surprise turn in the case when he walked free despite pleading guilty to gun charges.

Thomas was given three years probation and fined $1 million in the Gun Court in December.

He was also linked to an 18 month upsurge in violence in Cockburn Pen, Kingston in which 60 persons were killed and was also wanted for the 2004 murder of Devonde Lawla on White Walk in Kingston.

In March 2008, eight persons were shot at the Portmore club during the popular British Link Up Dance when Clifton Reid, 47, of Lincoln Road, Kingston was killed.

Wouldn't it have been better for the police to just have killed him at the house in Barbican?

Ricardo 'Bully' Thomas, the man who made Jamaica's top 10 most wanted list earlier this year, was slapped with a million-dollar fine and put on three years' probation when he appeared in the High Court Division of the Gun Court yesterday.

And as such is not entitled to his day in court? So you wouldn't have a problem if the police shot him down instead of bringing him in alive?

How does someone on the most wanted list get released with a fine and probation?!? Maybe he should not have been on that list!

Well we are ridiculing the courts for letting him go. So since the claim seems to be he was guilty and should have been imprisoned, hanged, fried why not just have the police do it extrajudicially
