Certainly the greatest. He brought so much joy to our childhood and teenage years with his music. What a legend!

      RIP

Simply the best. It is a sad day but maybe he has finally found peace.

Just heard on the news that after news of his death got out, google and twitter crashed. The man was clearly a star.

More like a Supernova. MJ was the definition of a megastar.

Thriller made MTV and the multimedia entertainment industry what it is today. And imagine the record label had to threaten to boycott MTV to get them to play his videos initially because they did not feature black artistes on MTV.

BBC did a great feature on the King last night. Went on for hours. I simply had to shut the TV off and go to bed, since I'm a working girl!

Well, he did get more respect and love from Europe in his later years.

His friend, Larry King on CNN did a good show too!

The fact still remains. Indeed, it was extremely difficult to hear an MJ song on radio when I used to live in the God-blessed country!
