The PNP problem is not borrowing money. Nothing is wrong with Borrowing Money.

The question is at what cost do you borrow the money and what do you do with the Money and how do you create production to PAY for that money.

If you borrow more and more money and do not have any increase in production to PAY for that money and further more WASTE that money you end up with Jamaica Version 2006 Under the PNP.
