There are many signs that this govt is serious. You simply refuse to acknowledge such.

I don't want signs that they are serious.. I don't read tea leaves.

In fact I believe they are generally well meaning... they just don't have the necessary urgency or creativity in policymaking.... nothing fresh or innovative.

Signs are for roads... Jamaica needs action... not signs.
