On a serious note though...not every one of these so called classifications and awards are worth the paper they are written on.
Big hotel chains get away with lots of violations and a lot of thee awards are given out by the travel industry insiders who are tight with hotel owners.

Now that's what I call niche marketing... imagine going after American Football players who used to play for New England...I guess you could throw in the recently fired premier of TCI... ah wonder if the developer and he are related?
And what the heck is a "belonger" ? Is that the opposite of expatriate? Sounds like something from a science fiction novel.

Congrats to Victor and his partner (partners?)!
HL: What is Victor doing in JA? ...and if he has a housing project going, where? ...and scope and size?
...and is he doing a development in the good old USA? ...if so, where? ...and scope and size?

peter r that term belonger is prevalent in the british overseas territories...it is of course accompanied by the term "non belonger" which i suppose is no different from holding an "alien card" or being a "resident alien"
