The Murray Ridge Gated Community is leaping forward with successful sales of their deluxe housing project on Grand Turk and the developers are ready for phase two.

Developers Victor Lowe and Jahmal Misick have decided to meet the demand for housing in Grand Turk by developing a housing community for the Breezy Bray area of Grand Turk called Murray Ridge, built by Cerulean Homes.

The development will consist of 44 three-bedroom single family homes with included park settings and play areas. The housing community will be Grand Turk 's first planned multi-unit housing development for young professionals and working-class families.

“We have embarked on construction of phase one and we want to sensitize the public that the project has started, we have mobilised and we are in full flight regarding the sales and marketing of Phase 2,” said developer Victor Lowe.

The homes are priced at a starting price of $209,990.
“The customers that Cerulean Homes target are the professional and working class family that have either been long time residents to the Nation's Capital island of Grand Turk, or who have recently moved here to meet the burgeoning needs of government expansion and the business sectors,” said Lowe.

To this end Lowe explained that ex-patriots are now being urged to be part of the development.
Prestigious Properties real estate agent Deborah Vieira explains, “We have seen tremendous success with this exciting new community. Murray Ridge Gated Community is tastefully designed with stunning views, solid construction in a desirable hilltop location with unbeatable prices.”
Murray Ridge will be a fifteen acres residential housing community. Each home site will be approximately one quarter of an acre with full freehold ownership. The 1,552 square feet three-bedroom two-bath model will include a relaxing front porch area and a carport. There is a spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet along with a luxurious suite bath including tub. There is also an additional bath with shower. The living, dining and kitchen area will have an “open plan” design.

The kitchen will be equipped with Corian counter tops, stainless steel sinks and wooden cabinets. A full appliance package including with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer, is offered for only $1,999 extra. Each home is wired for telephone, internet and cable television.
Upgrades include a deluxe furniture packages, hurricane shutters and/or central air conditioning.
