Trespassing Death: Texas authorities say Gayle Muhs and his wife, Sheila, shot a 7-year-old boy in the head May 7 for supposedly trespassing on their property. Donald Coffey Jr., who had been off-roading with three other people roughly 40 miles northeast of Houston, died two days later on May 9. The two were charged with second-degree felony counts of aggravated assault.
